School Sing is an extension of the vocal and instrumental music programs at Green Street School. Each week, the entire student body, faculty and staff gather in the gymnasium to sing songs, dance, and share the rich musical culture that has developed over the years. There are approximately 250 songs in the repertoire that include folk songs, patriotic, rounds, traditional, jazz, rock, sea chanteys, popular music and show tunes.
All members of the community are welcome to attend any Thursday morning at 8:35 for one half hour of voices lifted in song.
